surveying all the
desolate fallow fields
passing spring despair 



Histories challenge 
Exploring the rot within
That hid for decades 



Forget-me-not don't rot-me-not under the soggy fallen foliage



Grizzled argent mane
Melanin crashing slowly
As the rot rises


Just hold your head up
Keep passing the argent spring
Autumn rot lined banks
